So what does Gene do that sets him above the average real estate broker/salesperson. He negotiates and puts in writing, the terminology on contracts for the sale and rental of real estate. Because of the risk you take with the large amount of money involved with real estate, the governmental units try to protect you, by requiring that every realestate broker and salesperson has the knowledge to write a good contract that won't cause you to lose a large amount of money. Governments do this by requiring that those who act on behalf of another, become knowledable and must pass an exam to prove it. In real estate, there are various persons who must know about real estate law, attorneys, real estate brokers, real estate salespersons, appraisors, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, etc. Each of these persons are restricted to the functions allowed for each title, by licensure requirements. A person can, however, hold more than one license. Gene has taught real estate license law at NorthEast Wisconsin Technical College. Gene was also approved by the State of Wisconsin to operate a real estate license preparation school. Not many of your other choices have those credentials. Doesn't it make sense to hire the teacher rather than the student? Gene was also a manager and booking agent for entertainers. Each engagement was negotiated and then put in writing to become a written contract. Gene did this more than 25,000 times over a twenty year period.
Gene has never been sued and has won EVERY case he had to commence (all against tenants). You have the opportunity to put all of this actual experience to work for you.
Real estate needs to be managed. Buildings need maintenance and care. Tenants need to be managed and their property use needs to be managed as well. Gene has managed more than one hundred rental units, trying to help his clients. In the terrible 80s, mortgage interest rates when sky high up to 16%. At the time, Gene was in the Marinette, WI - Menominee, MI market, and practically nothing
